Backed by a Warranty You Can Trust

All Simon-Aire equipment is backed by the best in the industry 2 year all parts and labor warranty, with an additional 4 year warranty on the compressor part only (a total of 6 years warranty on the compressor part).

Major brand equipment installed by Figlia & Sons, Inc. (McQuay, RetroAire, GE) is provided with a 1 year parts and labor warranty, and a 5 year manufacturer warranty on the compressor part only.

All window A/C equipment carries 1 year of warranty on all parts and labor, and 5 years of manufacturer warranty on the compressor part.

All repair work performed by Figlia & Sons, Inc. on site or in our repair facility carries a 30 day warranty. Compressor replacement is warrantied for up to 1 year.

Any existing components, such as wall sleeves, heating elements, room enclosures or any other accessories or parts outside of the new Simon-Aire PTAC or WSHP are not included or covered under the Simon Aire unit 2-year parts and labor warranty.
