All Simon-Aire models can be purchased with a UV light system, for sterilization of discharge air and coil.

Wall Thermostats

Any Simon-Aire unit can be PCB ready for compatibility with standard 24V wall thermostats as well as with the CRESTRON and ENERNET Home Automation System.

Room Enclosures

The Simon-Aire PTAC room enclosures are manufactured in 3 widths:

Standard: 52”
Optional: 48” and 54”

Custom cabinets are constructed of 1.2mm galvanized reinforced sheet metal for the top and sides. All surfaces are deposition coated and the enclosures can be ordered with a discharge grille.
